👋🏼 Welcome to SwiftlyRush
Discover the thing that energises your mind.
It's probably something you hear many times on podcasts or TV; many people say things like "find what makes you happy" or "take time out to rest your mind". In other words, sometimes you have to take a timeout and refresh.
I have struggled to understand these terms simply because I have always had my head down and worked, whether in my career or side projects. However, in the past few months, it struck me hard, struggling to be motivated and struggling to "keep going".
So, I took time to discover what "refreshes" me, and it's possibly the first time that I understood what people mean when they say these terms.
So, I want to wrap up this newsletter introduction by saying, believe me, take time out, discover what energizes your mind, and make sure you prioritise doing just that.
